Business Development and Trade Marketing Manager

We're looking for a self-starting, energetic individual to join our team in a flexible, part-time role (3 days/week, with potential to scale up).
You'll take the lead in business development and trade marketing, driving partnerships, expanding market reach, and building brand presence through impactful marketing and strategic engagement opportunities.
This role suits someone who is entrepreneurial, independent, and thrives in a dynamic environment—equally comfortable with building relationships, developing distribution and retail strategies, and driving broader brand and marketing efforts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Business Development (Core Focus)
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners—both online and offline
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand local and overseas market reach
- Conduct market research and support regulatory or logistical steps for new market entry
- Explore strategic partnerships, collaborations, and corporate tie-ups to drive growth and enhance brand presence

Trade Marketing (Core Focus)
- Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to boost visibility and sell-through across both online and offline channels
- Coordinate with retail partners on promotions, in-store activations, merchandising, and sampling activities
- Set up and oversee the company's LinkedIn page to build visibility and grow our network

Brand Management & Marketing Campaigns
- Drive initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, awareness, and engagement
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns such as new product launches, seasonal promotions, and thematic storytelling across all touchpoints

Digital Marketing (Supporting Function)
- Manage and maintain the brand's presence across digital platforms, including content creation and updates
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social and web channels
5.
Supplier & Administrative Coordination (As Needed)
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors on packaging, production, or product development requirements
- Provide occasional administrative or warehouse support during key periods or leave cover
