About the role
We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Executive to lead our go-to-market and business development initiatives with strategic alliances with Microsoft & Google in the Cyber space.
This role is critical in strengthening these partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the domains of Digital Identity, Cyber Defense, and Cloud, Data & AI Security.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in embedding cybersecurity solutions and collaborating with large enterprise digital transformation teams across various business functions, including client experience, workforce experience, and finance transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development:
Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with strategic partners, focusing on collaborative go-to-market strategies to drive mutual business growth in Digital Identity, Cyber Defense, and Cloud, Data & AI Security.
Business Development:
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with our strategic alliances, leveraging their technologies and solutions to enhance our service offerings.
Enterprise Transformation Collaboration:
Work closely with large enterprise digital transformation program teams to integrate cybersecurity solutions across different business areas, such as customer experience, employee experience, and finance transformation.
Market Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and assess the competitive landscape, using these insights to guide strategic initiatives with partners.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Develop cross GTM plans with internal teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and successful execution of joint business plans.
Enablement:
Work with strategic alliance to provide training and support to the team on partner products and solutions, ensuring they are equipped to effectively position and support these offerings.
Performance Metrics:
Develop and track key performance indicators to evaluate the success of partnership activities
Event Participation:
Participate in industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to enhance our visibility and reputation in the market.
About You
Proven experience in a business development or client relationship role, preferably in the domain of Digital Identity, Cyber Defense, or Cloud, Data & AI Security.
Demonstrated experience in large digital transformation projects, with a focus on embedding cybersecurity solutions.
Demonstrated successful partnership working with vendors such as Microsoft, Google, Palo Alto Networks, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with clients across Southeast Asia preferred
