INTERCORP SOLUTIONS is seeking a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Consultant
to expand our HRIS solutions footprint in Singapore and Malaysia.
The role will focus on direct client sales and building channel partnerships, playing a key role in driving regional growth and market presence..
What you'll be doing
· Drive new business development through direct client engagement, prospecting, and consultative sales of HRIS solutions.
· Develop, onboard, and manage strategic partners (e.g., HR consultants, technology resellers, payroll providers) to increase market reach.
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
· Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and client workshops.
· Collaborate with marketing on lead generation activities, campaigns, and events.
· Provide feedback to product teams on market trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
· Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and opportunities for upselling.
What we're looking for
· 3–7 years of sales, business development, or consulting experience in HR technology, SaaS, Payroll, or Enterprise Software.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably with HRIS or workforce management solutions.
· Experience in developing and managing channel/partner ecosystems in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
· Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
· Ability to engage effectively with HR leaders, IT stakeholders, and C-level executives.
· Self-starter with strong business acumen and a growth mindset.
· Willingness to travel across Singapore and Malaysia as required.
Proactive, self-motivated and driven to achieve ambitious sales targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and craft tailored solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and share best practice
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
