Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new business opportunities in semiconductors, electronics, and micro-manufacturing.
- Act as a technical consultant, recommending the right laser solutions (UV, fiber, CO₂).
- Build long-term customer partnerships and drive sales strategy.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Travel across the region for client visits and industry events.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in laser, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of laser micromachining, automation systems, and Industry 4.0 applications.
- Excellent communication skills (Mandarin proficiency preferred).
- Proven track record in technical sales, negotiations, and closing deals.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with CNC systems, vision systems, or automation in laser applications.
- Knowledge of UV lasers, fiber lasers, and CO₂ lasers.
- Existing network of contacts in semiconductor and electronics sectors in Singapore/Malaysia.
