Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Job Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities / generate leads (including cold calling).
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Develop and deliver tailored, solution-based sales presentations and product demos.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Manage and grow relationships within assigned client accounts.
Prepare and respond to proposals, RFPs, tenders, and related sales documentation.
Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, professional services) to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data and reporting in the CRM system.
Engage with strategic partners to drive joint business opportunities.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Proven B2B / corporate sales experience, ideally in software (SaaS) or business services.
Familiarity with HR technology, processes, or payroll services is a strong asset.
