Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with a background in the security industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the security services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the security services industry (manned guarding, technology-driven security solutions, access control, CCTV monitoring, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property managers, facility managers, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
- Provide feedback to management regarding client requirements, service improvements, and market developments.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or Account Manager within the security industry (manned guarding, electronic security, or integrated solutions).
- Strong network and contacts within the security services or facilities management industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Minimum diploma/degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Possession of a security industry license (where required by local law) will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with prior experience as Business Development Executives (BDE) or Business Development Managers (BDM) in the security industry are strongly encouraged to apply.
