Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new and prospective customers through cold-calling, manage the end-to-end sales process, and achieve sales quotas.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and conduct system demonstrations independently.
- Manage existing accounts, negotiate agreements, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, tender documents, and related materials.
- Work with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions and maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT related field.
- Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, ideally selling software (SaaS) or business services.
- Track record of selling to HR managers/directors and/or C-level executives.
- Familiar with HR software, HR processes, or payroll outsourcing services is a strong advantage
