Job Responsibilities
Identify new and prospective customers through cold-calling, manage the end-to-end sales process, and achieve sales quotas.
Deliver tailored sales presentations and conduct system demonstrations independently.
Manage existing accounts, negotiate agreements, and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare proposals, RFP responses, tender documents, and related materials.
Work with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions and maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports.
Requirements
Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree
in IT related field.
Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, ideally selling software (SaaS) or business services.
Track record of selling to HR managers/directors and/or C-level executives.
Familiar with HR software, HR processes, or payroll outsourcing services is a strong advantage.
