Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.
- Develop and implement sales and business strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement, meetings, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management on market opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, technical) to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to strengthen brand presence.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Relevant working experience in Sales or Business Development.
Experience in the marine and offshore industry will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, including client meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events.
- Comfortable with both office-based and outdoor sales activities.
