Business Development Executive / Senior Exec (Local Sales/Export)
In charge of developing sales and marketing strategy in assigned territories including marketing initiatives, business development opportunities, new market entry plan and analysis, budget and timeline.
Pro-actively innovate and respond to market needs.
Knowledge of regional market in terms of new product development, market potential/size, key players, consumption patterns, etc.
Manage and build relationships with customers and distributors.
Enable negotiations regarding price variations, customer specifications, and promotional mechanisms.
Participate in global trade shows and exhibitions to promote brand awareness.
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing / Business / Management or equivalent.
Possess an outgoing personality with a high level of self‐motivation and determination.
Strong in customer relationship management and networking.
Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates).
Willingness to travel as and when required.
We will consider offering Senior BD Executive or Assistant Manager role if the successful candidate has the right competencies and experience to undertake the higher level role.
