Responsibility
Lead and provide assistance in the regional customer project starting from commercial proposal, solutions to implementationProvide support to the team including but not limited to sales training, product training and success customer case sharingIdentify business opportunities/requirements of regional customers and work closely with supporting departments to develop solutions and proposalsLead the team to explore new territory, develop new products and services and acquire new customers.Develop, manage and maintain the strategic partner relationship in the regionConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsRequirements
Bachelor's degree or aboveMinimum 3 years of experience in Telecom and/or IT marketSales and Marketing experience are preferredThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in client acquisition and success customer cases.Experience in supporting or working with global enterprise business (global telecom carrier business); with Chinese organization will be an advantageCandidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Regional Business Manager.Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Excellent organizational skills.Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressureExcellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
