Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the target market.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and networking.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support business development efforts.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Track and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
