Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across company 's ecosystem (agriculture, F&B, lifestyle, and tech ventures).
- Develop partnerships with distributors, retailers, and strategic brands.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership decks for corporate clients.
- Support regional expansion and JV collaboration (China, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam).
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify potential market entry strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, product) to execute growth strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or partnerships (preferred: FMCG, FoodTech, Lifestyle).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa is an advantage.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable in a startup or fast-moving environment.
