JOB DESCRIPTION
· Monitor tender notices, portals, and government procurement sites for new opportunities.
· Collect, review, and compile pre-qualification documents, vendor registrations, and compliance certificates.
· Assist in preparing tender submissions including technical and commercial documents.
· Preparing quotations, proposals, and bid documents in coordination with technical teams.
· Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission
· Purchasing and supplier coordination
· Compare quotations and prepare price comparison sheets for management review
· Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials or services supporting ongoing tenders/projects
· Support in maintaining ongoing communication with existing clients and suppliers
· Assist in organizing meetings, site visits, and other related events
· Maintain proper filing (physical & electronic) of related documents.
· Support in daily tasks and follow ups
· Administrative and coordination tasks
· Training will be provided
QUALIFICATION
· Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
· Experience in admin, business development, tendering, or purchasing.
· Good knowledge of basic procurement practices (quotations, sourcing, vendor comparison).
· Strong communication and written skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
· Ability to multitask across admin, sales, operations, and procurement functions
