We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our Account Management team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll assist with client communication, project coordination, and market research, while also learning how to craft reports that drive strategic decisions.
You’ll get a front-row seat to how campaigns come to life and how businesses grow through data, creativity, and collaboration.
What you will do:
Client Support & Communication:
Assisting Account Managers with daily operational tasks, including preparing for client meetings, drafting communications, and updating client records.Gaining exposure to client communication by shadowing calls and meetings, and potentially handling straightforward client inquiries under supervision.
Campaign/Project Management Assistance:
Assisting with campaign management for Digital Marketing and Influencer Marketing initiatives.Supporting the account team in creating and managing project scope and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.Helping prepare materials for meetings, including presentation decks, creative materials, work-in-progress updates, and competitive research.Taking notes and providing clear and concise summaries during client meetings.
Research & Analysis:
Conducting research on existing clients to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.Gathering data to support account strategies and contribute to strategic reviews.Conducting thorough research on customer needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improving user experience and boosting sales effectiveness.
Reporting & Documentation:
Helping prepare reports on account status, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).Making reports to reflect project progress, including risks, benefits, and KPI achievement. Who you are:
Sales/Marketing/Business Education background Demonstrate excellent organisational abilities, with a keen eagerness to learn and meticulous attention to detail; capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting, and exhibiting great flexibility in adapting to changes.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work autonomously, problem-solve, collaborate with others, and prioritise the completion of assigned tasksLocally based and do not require work pass to work in SingaporeAble to commit at least 3 months, or more This internship requires applicant to be able to commit full time internship (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm) in the office.
