Job Responsibilities
Collect detailed sales, customer visit, new customer, and competitor information for reporting during weekly catch-up calls with the KAM and Sales Director.
Collaborate with the technical and product development team to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.
Source, analyze, and qualify a strategic pipeline of new and profitable business opportunities, and develop proposals and presentations for key stakeholders.
Maintain a database of prospects and customer activity utilizing appropriate tools and systems.
Prepare and manage a sales budget, forecast, and track KPI targets, pipeline, and revenue objectives.
Work closely with field sales colleagues and key stakeholders to identify and develop commercial initiatives and secure new business opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction and prepare and submit formal business tenders and proposals.
Stay informed about industry and competitor trends and bring forward fresh ideas for new business opportunities.
Maximize networking opportunities to increase awareness of the company.
Job Requirements
Degree qualification or equivalent, preferably in an engineering or technical-related qualification
At Least 5 years experiences in Manufacturing, Seals & Seaking or Marine Industry
