What you'll be doing?

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging innovative digital twin technologies across Singapore and the ASEAN region, focusing on construction companies, contractors, and government agencies seeking advanced project management solutions.

  • Solution Design & Proposal: Create and propose customized digital twin solutions that directly address client priorities and project requirements in construction and urban development, demonstrating clear value propositions and competitive advantages.

  • Relationship Management Excellence: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers at leading construction companies, contractors, and government agencies throughout Singapore, establishing CHAIN as the preferred technology partner.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and comprehensive needs assessment through contract negotiation and successful closure, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets and client satisfaction.

  • Market Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic business development plan for the Singapore market that generates measurable results and strengthens CHAIN's reputation as a trusted partner in digital construction solutions.

  • Market Intelligence & Analysis: Monitor emerging trends in Singapore's construction and smart city sectors, delivering actionable insights on competitors, evolving client needs, and market developments that inform strategic growth initiatives and competitive positioning.

  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities in industry challenges, government initiatives, and award programs with solution-oriented approaches that showcase CHAIN's capabilities and drive business growth.

  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with senior management in Hong Kong to ensure strategic alignment and contribute effectively to regional expansion efforts, supporting the company's broader ASEAN growth strategy.
