The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic BD Manager to join our Singapore office and collaborate closely with our regional and global Business Development teams.

In this role, you'll support our corporate practices by driving cross-practice, sector-focused initiatives and empowering partners with strategic planning, profile-raising, and market growth strategies.

You'll lead pitches and proposals, manage high-impact BD initiatives, and contribute to client development, CRM programmes, and thought leadership campaigns.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the firm's presence and reputation across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Appropriate undergraduate/postgraduate degree qualification(s)
  • At least five years' relevant professional experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a broader team, both within BD and with other departments
  • Confidence in dealing with partners and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressure
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Proven ability to establish professional credibility
  • Excellent service delivery skills and high level of responsiveness
