Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen their partner ecosystem and drive growth through channel sales.
The role is responsible for developing reseller relationships, driving revenue targets, and supporting go-to-market strategies with vendors and partners.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales revenue and profit targets
- Develop and execute a channel/partner development plan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and resellers
- Support partners with solution positioning, pricing, and customer engagement
- Conduct joint sales visits with reseller teams to close opportunities
- Collaborate with presales/technical teams on solution delivery
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline and business development activities
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT
- 3–5 years' experience in Business Development or Channel Sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in IT distribution or technology solution sales
- Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, or cloud solutions
- Ability to travel for partner/customer meetings
