Compensation: Up to $7,000 basic + $1,000 transport allowance + Commissions + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strategic pipeline of business opportunities with regional distributors.
- Conduct customer visits, gather market intelligence, and provide weekly reports on pipeline and KPIs.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and campaigns.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring revenue and margin targets are achieved.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, and presentations to secure new opportunities.
- Promote the full product portfolio using a consultative and value-selling approach.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
- Maintain accurate records in the Opportunity Pipeline Tracker (OPT) with timely reporting.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills through research, training, and learning programs.
Job Requirements:
- Degree qualification or equivalent, preferably in an engineering or technical-related qualification.
- At Least 5 years experiences in Manufacturing, Seals & Sealing.
