We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving our business expansion by identifying new opportunities, acquiring new clients, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and approach potential clients through networking and other sales strategies.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials tailored to client needs.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, industry developments, and potential business opportunities.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Act as a point of contact for clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Tender Management
Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, coordinating internal inputs, and ensuring the preparation and submission of high-quality, competitive proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. finance, HR, Operations) to gather necessary information and ensure all tender requirements are met.
Support to General Manager
Assist the General Manager in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives.
Provide administrative and analytical support as required for decision-making processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years' experience in business development.
Experience in preparing and managing tenders.
Experience in IT related field will be added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
