Dexcom’s New Business Development team is at the forefront of expanding access to our life-changing technology across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

We’re a strategic, cross-functional group that thrives on launching innovative programs, building strong partnerships, and operationalizing new business models.

Where You Come In
Respond to key customers in the market, work with internal stakeholders on go-to-market strategy.


Operationalize program workflows to optimize member enrollment and engagement across multiple countries.


Collaborate with internal teams to build performance dashboards and define metrics that measure program effectiveness.


Support commercial partnerships and drive collaboration with external stakeholders across the responsible countries.


Identify and resolve complex issues related to scheduling, resources, scope, and risk across the responsible countries.


Apply sound business judgment to translate strategic plans into measurable operating results.


Manage detailed project tasks and track progress across multiple workstreams and time zones.


Prioritize competing needs and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


This role will report to South East Asia Commercial Leader.


What Makes You Successful
You have deep knowledge of medical device and/or pharmaceutical distribution models in multiple countries, including reimbursement systems and clinical workflows.


You bring experience in diabetes or a related healthcare field (preferred).


You have successfully led complex, cross-functional projects or programs across multiple countries.


You are skilled at articulating product value and communicating how Dexcom’s solutions meet diverse customer needs.


You are comfortable engaging with clinicians and patients to define commercial requirements (VOC and VOB).


You have experience working with a broad range of internal stakeholders to deliver on shared goals.


Your communication skills—both written and verbal—are strong, and you can synthesize complex information clearly.


You bring global business acumen and a strategic mindset.


Education And Experience
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8+ years of related experience.
