We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts across Singapore , Malaysia , Taiwan and Indonesia .
This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact surveillance solutions.
Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development:
Drive revenue growth across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) independently to demonstrate product capabilities.
Key Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using i-PRO's product portfolio.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor sales specialist, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Collaborate closely with the SE-team to develop A&E specifications for large-scale tenders and projects.
Technical Engagement:
Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Provide hands-on support for installation and commissioning when needed.
