About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager/Overseas Channel Manager to join our team at Tanda Development Pte Ltd.
This full-time role will be based in Singapore and is responsible for driving new business development opportunities and managing our overseas sales channels.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in overseas markets
- Establishing and strengthening relationships with key partners and distributors in target markets
- Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Negotiating and closing sales deals with international customers
- Providing regular updates and reporting on sales pipeline and performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of customer projects
- Continuously researching market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in new business development, preferably in the sales or new business development domain
- Substantial experience in managing and growing sales channels in international markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis and developing sales and marketing strategies
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
- Adaptability and the willingness to travel to support our international expansion
