Key Responsibilities:
+ Act as the first point of contact for prospects generated through inbound demand programs and outbound efforts
+ Drive pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and handing off opportunities to Account Executives
+ Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to execute targeted outbound calling campaigns and lead generation strategies
+ Engage with prospects at events, working booths and initiating conversations that uncover business needs
+ Identify key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts, building relationships across the purchasing, IT, finance, and executive functions
+ Ask insightful questions to assess fit and align prospects with Mendix’s value proposition
+ Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools, ensuring smooth transitions and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
+ 1-3 years of experience in enterprise software sales as a SDR/BDR or Inside Sales
+ Excellent phone and written communication skills, ideally with working proficiency in multiple languages
+ The desire to master this role and take on new challenges
