Job Descriptions:
Research, identify, and prospect into target accounts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT or similar framework).
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads to support the sales team.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing to align outreach strategies and messaging.
Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Sales Managers
Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and lead information in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
Maintain a Weekly Cadence with Sales & CSM to understand market feedback, identifying opportunities to support the needs of sales
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in IT or SaaS sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of ERP, business management software, and the technology industry is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
