Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain consistent communication with clients to understand their logistics requirements.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend client meetings, industry trade shows, and networking events as needed.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing changes, and competitor activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry (fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply).
- Strong interest in developing a career in sales and international logistics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Incoterms and air/sea freight documentation is a plus.
