What is your mission?
Billing and Invoicing:
Lead end to end process of billing and invoice preparation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client contracts
Commercial Estimations and Forecasting:
Develop monthly and quarterly billing estimates in coordination with Operations, Workforce Management, and Finance.
Incentives and Penalty Management:
Own the management of client incentives and penalty frameworks as defined in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statements of Works (SOW)
Governance and Reporting:
Develop dashboards and executive summaries on commercial performance
Continous Improvement:
Streamline and document Commercial management process to improve efficiency and transparency.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in financial operations, commercial management, or client billing-preferrablyin a BPO/Contract center environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Excellence Manager/Commercial Manager
Technologically Savvy, COPC certification is preferred but not required; should be flexible with work arrangement and schedule
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with profieciency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Working knowledge of contractual terms related to SLA's, incentives, and penalties.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
