We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong data engineering capabilities to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric, HR analytics, and finance analysis.
This role will be pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Integration:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric.
- Integrate and consolidate data from various sources, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Collaborate with IT partners to optimize database performance and data warehouse architecture.
Business Intelligence & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power Bl to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Utilize advanced data analysis and statistical techniques to extract valuable insights from complex operations, HR, and financial datasets.
- Identify trends, patterns and correlations in data that drive business strategy.
- Develop predictive data models and algorithms to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Translate these into clear actionable requirements and solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and Finance teams to develop predictive models and data-driven strategies.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing Bl tools and understanding data-driven insights.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Bl, data engineering, and analytics.
- Lead initiatives to enhance data governance, data security, and data management practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for future reference and audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Right to work in Singapore without visa or employment pass sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Bl, data engineering, or a similar role.
Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power Bl, SQL, and data integration tools.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
