Job description

Job Overview
The Corporate Services role is a critical function that supports the club's administrative and operational needs.

This position requires an individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support corporate administration, finance, HR, governance, and compliance functions.

  • Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking for football and corporate operations.

  • Handle procurement processes, including vendor management, quotations, and purchase orders.

  • Manage staff records, contracts, payroll coordination, leave and claims administration.

  • Maintain corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls to meet governance standards.

  • Provide administrative support for management meetings, including report preparation and minutes.

  • Oversee player registration, transfer, and eligibility submissions.

  • Coordinate insurance coverage for players, staff, and events.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related discipline.

  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate services, HR, finance, or sports administration.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional and ethical with a high level of integrity.
