Product Coordinator Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and manage the customer product bill of materials, drawings, and specifications.
- Support sales by preparing proposals and tender documents during the quotation phase.
- Collaborate with sales support to initiate production job launches.
- Compile and submit pre-production documentation.
- Update customer purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Submit concession and non-conformance documents to customers.
- Finalize and submit product documentation to customers.
- Manage and maintain an organized filing system.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A-Level, ITE, or Diploma in Engineering/Business or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
