Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Support the creation of new dishes and seasonal menus.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistently meet expectations.
- Comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) safety and hygiene requirements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Chef in a café or similar environment preferred (training can be provided for passionate candidates).
- Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
