Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee café operations and ensure smooth daily running
· Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
· Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
· Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
· Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards
Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience in F&B or café management
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
· Positive, customer-focused mindset
