Job Description
Handling incoming calls on Service hotline Act as front-liners giving excellent customer service at all times Attend to customer queries and schedule appointments with service teams Provide solutions and alternatives to customers Assist Supervisors to resolve daily operation issues
Job Requirement
GCE ‘N’ Level and above Possess good communication skills Pleasant disposition with strong service mindset Training is provided 5.5 days work week (alternate Saturdays)
Selected applicant will commence on 4 months contract, subsequently on 12 months renewable basis
