Call Centre Customer Service Officer Job Opening In North East Community Development Council – Now Hiring PERSOL


Job description

  • 5-day work week (4 weekdays 1 weekend)
  • Basic salary plus allowance
  • 3 months of training provided before starting

Job responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
  • Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
  • Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
  • Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of experience in call center roles
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Able to work night shifts
  • Banking experience preferred
