Call Centre Officer @ Geylang Bahru (Contact Centre, Mon to Fri) ~
Working hours: 08.00am – 5.30pm or 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities
Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platforms (voice and/or non-voice) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
Handling customer’s enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment, etc)
Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in contact centre handling voice and/or non-voice channels
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
