- Min Diploma / Degree in Business Admin or related discipline
- At least 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations management with 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Prior experience working in call centre environment essential
- Able to support daily execution of operations, ensure smooth handling of enquiries, escalations and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with stake holders to address operational challenges, gather insights and support cross-functional initiatives
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, KPIs and improvement opportunities to management
