**Overview**
Publicis Groupe is searching for a talented individual to join the team and our bespoke agency for a globally recognized company known for its iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition across our network and around the globe.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey.
You will help enable the client to future-proof their business, whilst also being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce to create end-to-end PESO experiences.
The global team will consist of individuals from over 70+ markets, all operating with the same vision: To build a better today, for tomorrow.
**Responsibilities**
**Biddable Campaign Management**
+ Lead the enforcement and utilisation of Workflow Jira across all **biddable buyers** , assigned TAAG (Technology & Activation) traffickers, and **Regional and Local markets**
+ Own the biddable regional Campaign Tracker, and have daily oversight of the status for all current and up-coming biddable campaigns
+ Run regional biddable and TAAG campaign status calls where necessary
+ Communicate directly with biddable buyers and assigned TAAG traffickers to receive updates on campaign status or outstanding tasks.
+ Manage **Regional and Local markets** to ensure agreed SLAs are respected through negotiation and education.
Identify legitimate emergency campaign requests and work with biddable buyers to define suitable timings for delivery.
+ Ensure timely delivery of end-to-end biddable activation, including tactical media planning, campaign setup, QA, go-live confirmations, campaign reporting, and finance.
+ Proactively communicate with **Regional and Local markets** to ensure timely delivery of briefs, creative assets, tactical media plans, and go-live approvals from clients.
+ Review and report monthly on the timeliness and accuracy of the team’s delivery, identifying areas for improvement in process, ways of working, or training.
+ Lead internal biddable campaign status calls with biddable buyers, identify delays, and ensure clear steps are put in place for resolution.
+ Create process documentation and arrange training sessions with **Regional and Local markets** and the team to ensure all team members involved in biddable campaigns are working effectively or to implement new processes.
**Strategic Projects**
+ Support the **Biddable Operations Director** and **Biddable Hub Lead** to identify, build, and deploy operational improvements across the account.
+ Review current processes and ways of working, identifying improvements to support daily operations of biddable campaigns (e.g., changes to existing technologies and solutions, campaign tracker, roles and responsibilities).
**Team**
+ Act as the bridge between biddable buyers and **Regional and Local markets** .
+ Work closely with the **Biddable Operations Director** and **Biddable Hub Lead** to support across all areas of business as required.
+ Collaborate with other **Biddable Campaign Managers** to ensure knowledge transfer, ways of working, and recommendations for process optimisations are standardised and replicated across all relevant regions.
+ Take the lead on day-to-day campaign account management and proactively help to drive timely and accurate delivery of all biddable campaigns.
+ Proactively propose improved processes and ways of working.
+ Learn about the agency, how the business works, and the various disciplines within it, as well as the broader media industry.
+ Prioritise training sessions and on-the-job learning to further develop core skills.
**Qualifications**
+ Prior experience of working within a large company and a fast-paced environment.
+ Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders with multi-cultural backgrounds.
+ Management (or previous buying) experience.
+ Experienced in high-volume campaign/project management with expertise in building internal tracking documents or online dashboards to visualise status to senior management.
+ Strong understanding of social, paid search, programmatic, and biddable trafficking processes, with the ability to identify potential delays and challenges in the end-to-end campaign process.
+ Experienced with multi-market network coordination.
+ Strong presentation creation and delivery skills.
+ High accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Determination to achieve objectives.
+ Excellent prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills.
+ Skilled negotiator, particularly in managing SLAs under pressure.
