Candidate Acquisition Intern (12-Month Full-Time - Intern to Trainee Full-Time Track)

Location: In-office, Singapore only (no remote/hybrid)

We’re Level Up, the career coaching arm of GetSubstance.co. We don’t do generic — we build real careers. Now we’re looking for a Candidate Acquisition Intern who’s sharp, articulate, and ready to own the outreach game.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, engage, and follow up with students, graduates, and experienced professionals interested in our coaching and events.
  • Help candidates understand and sign up for seminars, webinars, bite-size coaching, or full career coaching programmes.
  • Handle outreach, messaging, and building a candidate funnel that actually converts.
  • Track responses, spot trends, and bring insights back to the team.
  • Be the front-line voice of Level Up — speaking clearly, persuasively, and with confidence.

Who You Are

  • Final-year student, waiting for graduation, or an experienced professional looking to sharpen your skills through this role.
  • Singaporean/PR, based in Singapore.
  • Fluent in English — you speak well, write well, and can hold your own in a conversation.
  • Smart, disciplined, and eager to learn how the business side of recruitment and coaching works.
  • Comfortable being in-office daily — this is not remote or hybrid.
  • Hungry for growth: you see this internship as a step toward a traineeship/full-time role with us.

  • Commitment: 12-month full-time internship, with the option to move into part-time when your semester starts.
  • Pathway: High-performing interns will be considered for a traineeship role (full-time opportunity).
