You will act as the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicle issues and solutions are efficiently conveyed between mechanics and customers while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer to enquires, schedule service appointments and provide after-sales service.
Greet customers, document vehicle concerns.
Address customer complaints and issues as needed.
Maintain records, process payments, and ensure timely service updates/delivery.
Customer service related ad‐hoc task.
Skills & Requirements
Local and Permeant Residents only.
Strong communication, organizational.
Outgoing and keen in creating conversations.
Basic Excel and Microsoft skill.
Able to complete task alone.
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
Saturday 9am to 3pm.
Incentives and allowance.
Fix Sunday and PH off on top of annual leave.
