LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER
Building your potential customer list through research of our database, websites, LinkedIn, and trade press
Proactively targeting prospects via outbound calls, emails, and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) to convert them into ACS customers
Developing relationships with cargo operators to access a wide range of aircraft solutions
Maintaining customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Working towards sales targets to meet financial objectives
Demonstrating expert knowledge of aircraft and chartering processes
Managing charter bookings from inquiry to completion
Handling inbound requests for urgent charters around the clock
Presenting tailored quotes to clients with strong commercial insight
Overseeing flight departures, which may include unsociable hours
THE PERSON
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Adaptable with quick problem-solving skills
Good commercial judgment
Results-oriented and competitive
Strong numeracy and communication skills
Independent worker but a team player
