Supervision and Management

Assign tasks to carpenters and monitor their performance and progress.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards.
Planning and Coordination
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate work schedules and timelines.
Ensure that all materials and tools are available and in good working condition for the team.
Review blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications and requirements.
Quality Control
Ensure that all carpentry work meets building codes and industry standards.
Conduct inspections and audits of completed work to maintain quality and safety.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the carpentry work promptly.
Requirements
Creative and a keen eye for details and design
Self-motivated and self-driven
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Project management skills
Willingness to work on public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays if required.
