Casual Labour - Guest Service Agent - Ticketing Job Opening In singapore sg – Now Hiring Marina Bay Sands


Job description

This position is under the Box Office team, as part of Entertainment department.

The Box Office team provides ticket sales services and operational support for Marina Bay Sands attractions and events.

This includes ticket sales for ArtScience Museum, performances at Sands Theatre, and other ad hoc events.

Job Description

  • Attend to walk-up ticket sales and enquires at onsite ticketing counters and self-service ticketing kiosks
  • Perform ticket sales transactions quickly and accurately using computer-based ticketing system
  • Perform cashiering duties including receiving payment by cash, credit card, room charge, vouchers, and other payment modes
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Ensuring that guests adhere to safe management measures.
  • Any other duties assigned
  • Job Requirements

  • At least one (1) year relevant experience in retail/ticketing/events environment
  • Commit at least 3-6 months of service
  • Fluent in English; fluency in other languages is a plus
  • Pleasant attitude and cheerful demeanor
  • Neat and well-groomed
  • Able to work on rotating shift, including on weekends and public holidays
  • Candidates with customer service experience will have an added advantage
  • It is encouraged that you are vaccinated when you apply for the role at Marina Bay Sands as this position will require you to interact with customers / patrons.

    If you are unvaccinated, the costs of additional COVID-19 tests required by the Company will be borne by you in your employment with Marina Bay Sands.
