Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Catering Service Manager to oversee our daily catering operations for Indian foreign workers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily catering operations, including food preparation, delivery, and service
- Lead and motivate a team of catering staff to ensure high-quality service
- Develop and implement catering menus, recipes, and procedures
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize food usage
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:- Diploma or degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in catering management or related field
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and catering operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
