Job Scope
-Answer enquiries from members of the public, actively promote and market CC activities, courses and events available at the CC to customers and to attract new customers to the CC.
-Work with the CC team to support CC services and manage CC customers.
-Provide administrative support to the Constituency Office (CO) and Grassroots Organisations (GROs).
-Initiate and implement activities, programmes and services to meet the needs of the community at the CCs and RCs.
Requirements
-Have minimum ITE Nitec qualifications or O Level, A Level, Diploma or Degree in any discipline
-Possess pleasant and positive personality and enjoy interacting with people from different backgrounds
-Willing to work morning and /or afternoon shifts and on weekends
-Have good communication and computer skills
-Physically fit

Work Schedule
5 day work week from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off weekly.
AM shift: 9am to 6pm
PM shift: 1pm to 10pm
OFF days: 1 weekday and 1 weekend, either Saturday or Sunday.
Work hours are generally a mixture of either AM and PM shifts or only AM shift.
