Assist Head of Operations in the efficient operations of the medical, diagnostic, and administrative services at the medical centre.
Support the development of partnerships and new services with other healthcare organisations and work with the Strategic Partnerships Department to provide efficient and quality services to clients.
Ensure proper record and documentation for all clinic matters.
Centre Managers are subjected to deployment to other Medical Centres.
Work closely with Head of Operations, Clinical Services and Strategic Partnership Department in the implementation of activities and services to reach revenue targets for the medical centre.
Ensure a well-governed financial management system including cost and inventory control.
Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to Head of Operations.
Tally end of day collection and supporting documents.
Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team to ensure that clinical and administrative staff requirements are well planned for.
Work with Head of Operations to enforce all medical centre's policies, standards of procedures and work instructions are in line and adhered to.
Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all important documents before dispatch such as medical reports.
Conduct meetings with inter-disciplinary team to monitor performance of centre and work with Head of Operations and Quality Management Department to improve customer service.
Meet targets for customer satisfaction and net promotion scores
Work closely with Quality Management Office to identify areas of improvement and implement these changes with Head, Operations.
Assist Head of Operations in the investigation and follow up on complaints and feedback.
Work closely with Procurement and Facilities Departments in organising for and keeping proper records of calibration, quality control, equipment inventory, repair and preventive maintenance.
Work with Head of Operations and Quality Management Office in the implementation and audit of all matters related to the clinic.
Keep up to date with the various service components of Health Screening Packages and all other services rendered at Medical Centres.
Schedule, co-ordinate meetings when required.
Support the orientation of new staff as needed.
Degree with at least 8 years' experience, preferably in healthcare operations with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate with key stakeholders to reach strategic outcomes
Self-directed and independent with the ability to work under tight timelines
An excellent team player who is resourceful and meticulous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with prior experience managing clinic management systems
Proven ability in leading and advocating change.
Able to work 5.5 working days
