Job Description
Maintain the integrated management system for ISO certifications, conducting internal audits and producing reports, coordinating site inspections and BCA licenses.
This role also involves managing audit cycles, producing audit summary reports, conducting follow-up audits and taking minutes during annual management review meetings.
- Liaise with external auditors, work closely with safety officers on 14001 and 45001 responsibilities and auditing.
Conduct regular internal audits for ISO integrated systems (9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001: 2018) certifications.
- Monitor the audit cycle programme to ensure it remains effective and up-to-date;
- Produce a full audit report on each audit undertaken;
- Prepare audit summary reports for each audit undertaken.
- Conduct follow-up audits and checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure all action plans are completed;
- Take minutes and produce a report for the annual management review meetings;
- Hold regular meetings to identify areas of improvement and undertake follow-up actions;
- Assist in reviewing and updating ISO manual documents.
- Arrange schedules between Site PM and Management for Inspection at sites;
- Coordinate with site PMs and persons in charge of ISO standards to maintain standards by visiting sites regularly;
- Support sites in adhering to ISO standards procedures;
- License Registration and License Renewal (every 3 years);
- Compile data in eBacs system, liaising with BCA as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
- Possess either an ISO 9001 lead Auditor Course Certificate, ISO 14001 and 45001 certificate or an Integrated Certificate would be advantageous.
