Role
Partnering closely with the co-founders of the business, you will drive the day-to-day operational and financial responsibilities of this organization.
This involves leading a dynamic team in ensuring financial processes, systems, risks and controls are managed from a fiduciary standpoint.
In addition to this, you can be expected to be heavily involved in partnering the senior management team in supporting the growth of the business - both organically and inorganically.
High level support via due diligence and financial analysis pertaining to capex / investment decisions are expected.
As the company has ambitious growth plans, you must also have demonstrated experience in leading an organisation on the upwards trajectory of growth and expansion.
Responsibilities
Drive day-to-day operational and financial responsibilities.
Lead a dynamic team to manage financial processes, systems, risks and controls.
Partner with senior management to support organic and inorganic growth.
Provide due diligence and financial analysis for capex / investment decisions.
Demonstrate experience leading an organization on an upward growth trajectory.
Requirements
Having a minimum of 20 years of commercial work experience, you have ideally worked in fast paced, global MNCs/start-up organisations.
Operationally hands on and strategic in mindset, you are a strong business partner with deep analytical capabilities.
You have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and can work well across cultures.
Positive and gung-ho with a 'can-do' attitude, you are dedicated and committed to achieving success.
Prior experience in medical manufacturing environment is a key prerequisite for this role.
20+ years of commercial experience in global MNCs or start-ups.
Strong business partnering and deep analytical capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Positive, 'can-do' attitude and dedication.
