Responsibilities


Facilitate & drive employee-centric change management

 Reporting into the Program Manager, be the overall responsible for change management

activities for the Program

 Help drive adoption of the system capabilities, embed new ways of working and keep a pulse

on the user community feedback

 Create change plans, develop the processes, coordinate, and drive the execution, including

trainings, surveys, design reviews, pilots, UX tests and clinics

 Uncover opportunities for improving workforce productivity and efficiency based on user

feedback

 Good executive presentation skills, cross-team collaboration and excellent communications

skills are essential

 Provide recommendations for addressing roadblocks to implementing change management

initiatives



Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders

 Establish effective working relationships and clear lines of communication with internal

stakeholders - senior leadership, managers, and employees bank-wide

 Partner with program team and stakeholders for analysing potential change management

opportunities

 Provide subject matter expertise in the development of long-term plans involving change

strategy

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years' experience in change management, human-centred

design and culture transformation.

 Previous experience working in a technology company preferred.

 Creative problem-solving and business acumen

 People-oriented with effective stakeholder management, strong facilitation, and

communication skills.

 Entrepreneurial & able to work independently and get things done with minimal supervision.

 Knowledge in two or more of the following skills competencies

o Change Management (mandatory)

o Design Thinking/ Human-centred Design

o Facilitation & Coaching

o Project Management

o User Experience/ User Interface Design

o Data and Information Visualisation
