Channel Account Executive / Manager (Sales)
We are seeking a talented Channel Account Executive / Manager to join our dynamic sales team at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE.
LTD.
This full-time position will be based in the Kallang Central Region.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth within our extensive channel partner network, playing a crucial part in the overall success of our Retail & Consumer Products business.
What you'll be doing
Proactively manage and develop relationships with our network of channel partners to drive sales and achieve targets
Identify new business opportunities and pitch our products and services to prospective partners
Provide excellent customer service and support to our existing channel partners
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
Participate in the development and execution of channel marketing campaigns
Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and other key metrics
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar channel sales or account management role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of channel partners
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market insights into effective sales strategies
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure and optimise sales performance
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
